Community Plate and Brunswick Area Storytelling Society (BASS) invite you to join us at Curtis Memorial Library in Brunswick for a special afternoon of sharing food and stories by some of Maine's best storytellers.

Our ten featured storytellers for this year's 2024 showcase are: Suzy Capone, John Cheney, Susan Dries, Debb Freedman, Cathy Furness, Bill Hinderer, Jo Radner, Katy Rydell, Mark Stephens, and Nancy Witt Meredith. Our host and emcee for the Storytelling Showcase is Phyllis Blackstone.

There are two types of tickets available -- a limited number of tickets for a potluck luncheon with our featured storytellers (12pm-1pm), which includes a seat at the afternoon storytelling showcase. There are also tickets available for just the afternoon storytelling showcase (1:30-4:30pm), which includes a fun dessert break!

If you are coming to the potluck lunch at noon, please bring a dish to share! If you are coming for just the storytelling (1:30-4:30pm), but would like to bring a dessert to share during the afternoon dessert break (2:45-3:15pm), that would be most welcome!
