Community Plate, together with the Charlotte Hobbs Memorial Library, invites you to join us in Lovell for a special evening of connection through the sharing of food, stories, and recipes. Our theme for this evening is “By the Book." Do you follow the recipe or improvise? Do you plan menus from well-thumbed cookbooks, or create dishes from memories, your favorite novels, or your wildest imaginings? What better setting than a library to explore stories about food, the books we love, and the persistent question: do I follow the rules or break them? Prior to the supper, you will receive a series of story prompts that we will use to share stories during the supper.
